Yoga for corporate
Corporate executives are by far the most stressed out people I have met in my life.
Most corporates have very high stress levels and a good percentage of them beat stress with cigarettes, alcohol, binge eating, drinking too much tea/coffee and other addictive habits; all of which is unhealthy. Poor health leads to more stress thus becoming a vicious cycle.
As a yoga teacher I feel the need to bring change to this vicious cycle.
To show them a different way, a healthier way to beat stress and become more calm and pleasant within yourself.
A combination of asana, with more focus on pranayama and deep relaxation is used to achieve this.
