Yoga for spiritual growth
Spirituality is the centre of a yogic lifestyle. Remember “You are not the mind, you are not the body”. Nourish your mind and you will experience peace and balance but when you die you shed it. Nourish your body it will bring good health and wellbeing but when you die you shed it. Nourish your soul/spirit and it will stay for eternity. A religious person will most likely be spiritual but a spiritual person is not necessarily religious
